Practical Tips for morphing to a Remote Project Team

27th August 2020 at 6.30 pm

A Zoom link will be sent upon registration

While not intended as such, the COVID 19 lockdown has been a massive experiment in remote working. Many companies have found it to be beneficial and will want to continue with it in some form. However, managing remote project teams is not as simple as moving meetings onto Zoom or Teams. If only we could hear from an expert in remote teams and remote projects to learn what the best practices are and how to maintain the benefit we have seen from remote working.

Now is your chance. Led by Dr Deasún Ó Conchúir of Scatterwork, a Swiss based project consultancy, this interactive event will leverage his experience in over 40 countries. For many years, Deasún has worked with many multi-national companies, advising on how to get the best from their remote teams. His comments will be extremely helpful in moving forward from COVID.
