Gregor will use a realistic project scenario as a basis for the training and participants will be asked to run the project and therefore do the necessary activities to run the project.  Participants will therefore run the project and therefore learn much more that from a normal project management course.   The best way to learn project management is to practice project management and this course enables that to happen.

The training is suitable for people who want:

  • to learn and understand the most important PM techniques
  • gain confidence and knowledge to run a project
  • to use this content to train others

And participants will practice the following project activities;

  • Creating a Project Description document (why, objective, business case)
  • Break down a project into deliverables
  • Write requirement documents with quality criteria
  • Describe the main project output
  • Define and follow up on risks
  • Visualise the project data and break project into cycles, etc.
  • Write a Communications Plan
  • Follow Up in Risks, Issues and Changes

With more than 15 years of experience in different industries, Grégor has sharpened his skills in projects allowing him to do what he loves while contributing to the world of doers.

Grégor is on a mission to improve projects, operations, and results in the world. Born in Haiti where many organizations are operating to help the communities and keep on failing. Grégor thinks there is a better way.

He is aspiring project managers to gain practical skills and understand the wheels of the work. He does this through his participation to different PM meetings, tips, and a dynamic teaching method with innovative PM methodologies.

Grégor shared his knowledge by teaching and presenting the skills to Governments agents and contractors in the Benelux and greater EU. He is engaged to get the NGO community ready for action that last longer than a lifetime. He also inspires the youth and startups to think and act ethically and appropriately.

Grégor would like each organization to provide their project managers with a skills development plan. This is where communities like PMI and IPMA,,, and others are so important, and have a  crucial role to play.

He is involved with in the book clubs of PMI DC and in Belgium where he writes a monthly book review to inform PMs about the advancement of the profession and encourage the expansion of the breadth of knowledge capabilities of a Project Manager.

Today, he is delighted to start a few sessions of introducing and challenging your skills the P3Express way.
