PMI South Event

A Practical Guide to Benefits Management

8th April 2020 at 5.45 pm

Portmouth University, University House, Winston Churchill Ave, Portsmouth PO1 2UP

Main Speaker: Mark Crisp

For projects to be deemed successful, they have to do more than deliver to cost, schedule and quality. They need to deliver business value.

Managing the business benefits of a project to ensure they are achieved is key for a PM to deliver a successful project. In practice, this can be difficult if not specifically managed. Whilst there is plenty of material out there exposing the advantages of managing benefits there is less content that shows you how to manage benefits to ensure the success of a project.

During this session Mark will share some tools and processes that he has found useful when attempting to identify, track and help realize benefits on a programme or project.
