Beyond
Risk Management - to Assumption Management
The
success of any project or programme is directly
dependant to your effectiveness in managing the inherent
risks. Risk management has been around for a long time
but often becomes a bureaucratic exercise where Risk
Registers are populated with poor quality statements and
little or no effective mitigation results. Why does
this happen? by Keith
Baxter
