
The PMI UK Chapter held its fifth International Project Management (IPM) Day Conference on Thursday, 4th November 2010. The theme is:
"COMPLEX PROJECTS - ELEGANT SOLUTIONS" The conference lookedvat the main types and causes of project complexity, and project management theories and practice aimed at addressing them. It sought to answer the question "is project complexity increasing?" by looking at case studies of complex projects, as well as highlighting tools and techniques for project managers
