International Project Management Day - 4th November 2010, Microsoft Campus, Thames Valley Park, Reading

The PMI UK Chapter held its fifth International Project Management (IPM) Day Conference on Thursday, 4th November 2010. The theme is: 

complexity"COMPLEX PROJECTS - ELEGANT SOLUTIONS"

The conference lookedvat the main types and causes of project complexity, and project management theories and practice aimed at addressing them. It sought to answer the question "is project complexity increasing?" by looking at case studies of complex projects, as well as highlighting tools and techniques for project managers

DONATE TO BRITISH RED CROSS:  One of the speakers at this year's IPM Day Conference was Mike Goodhead, Head of Logistics at the British Red Cross. We are asking conference attendees to support the overseas work of the British Red Cross by donating to their Disater Relief Fund. DONATE HERE
