This illustrated talk traces the history of great project managers covering lesser known aspects of some well-known projects (Pyramids; Great Wall; Mount Rushmore; Ascent of Everest; Suez; Panama; Man on the Moon) and some lesser known achievements (The Cave Churches at Lalibela, Ethiopia; Crazy Horse; Bamian; Abu Simbel and the Mulberry Harbours)

The presentation continues to explore the changing role and image of the project management professional before peeking into the future to ask where the profession might go next.
