Antonio Nieto Rodriquez will be presenting "Selling Portfolio Management to Senior Executives"

Antonio’s presentation is based on years of research in project management and a concept that he has developed in his book: "The Focused Organization".

The main difference from other key note speakers is that Antonio’s presentations are very different to the usual project management presentations, but at the same time it fully relates to the project management community.

The presentation will show a new way of looking at the value of project and portfolio management and its link to strategy execution. It proves why project management is often misunderstood and undervalued by senior executives. It provides participants with a different approach to and strong arguments for selling project management, PMO, portfolio management to their senior management/executives. It addressed the participants directly with concrete examples that they can use both in their professional and personal lives.
