“PMO’s: A benefit or a burden in these financial times?”

Siemens PLM Software has been on a 3 year journey so far, to develop a professional practice for project management. Key to this was the creation and growth of a Project Management Office to support the 100+ project managers across EMEA in delivering customer projects in a more consistent and successful way.

By adopting the 5 platforms for PMO success – People, Process, Performance, Promotion and Project Systems - the Siemens PMO has been able to achieve a number of successes and to prove to the business that the investment was, and continues to be, well founded.

During the webinar we will explore the successes and learning experiences of the Siemens PMO; linked to this there will be a number of practical suggestions around each of the 5 aspects that will help you to prioritise your focus depending upon where you are in your own PMO development cycle.
