Subject: Transforming IT Project Management Delivery.
Kevin will be presenting a case study of the work undertaken within Guys and St Thomas' over the last 18 months to raise the level of maturity within the IT delivery function. This will cover implementation of project and programme governance, reducing cost of delivery and increasing/improving accountability and project oversight. The presentation will be a pragmatic run-through of the organisational challenges faced, the programme of work to achieve the improvements and some observations reflecting back on what is a continuing journey.
