The BT Centre for Major Programme Management is delighted to announce Nassim N. Taleb as the speaker for the 2010 BT Lecture.
Major programmes such as infrastructure, ICT and climate change initiatives, are at risk from a range of low probability, high impact events. This means that the teams entrusted to deliver these programmes need to consider the fragility of their systems and act to improve robustness.
