Their continual sniping erodes morale and destroys productivity. They smile, and then pull the trigger from the bushes. Their seemingly easy-going natures erupt in sudden, violent flashes of anger.

  3. 3. Review the Conversational Leadership model and how it applies to such communication styles
  4. 4. Group work: apply the framework to solving a number of challenging communication scenarios
  5. 5. Practice the techniques and provide feedback to the group
  6. 6. Review key learning and finalise an action plan to apply lessons to the real world

Jürge OSCHADLEUS

Jürgen is an international speaker, educator and consultant on communications, leadership and project management.

With more than 16 years of education, strategic consulting and systems deployment projects in Africa, Europe and the Asia Pacific region, his communication and leadership seminars receive acclaim fromparticipants on five continents, and his popularity as a keynote speaker is growing.

As founder and director of Act Knowledge, he assists clients to develop the communication and leadership capabilities of individuals, projects and organisations.

Jürgen also presents post-graduate project management classes at the University of Sydney and the University of New South Wales, and is the managing partner of the Asia/Pacific region of the Valense network of organisational consultants.

He is the author of Heart of Influence (2004) and Understanding Influence Equity (ebook), and writes for various international publications.

Jürgen holds a Masters degree in History, an MBA in International Project Management and Organisational Development, and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment.
