Organisational Behaviour Survey

Patryk Fraczyk is doing a postgraduate research at University of Leeds, School of Civil Engineering, pertaining to Organizational Behaviour. The questionnaire investigates construction projects managers' attitude towards the impact of emotion on work-related outcomes and the application of emotional knowledge at work.
The rational behind this study is to reveal construction project managers' awareness, attitude and application of emotional knowledge, i.e. emotional intelligence.
This study will also be requested to be completed of other PMI Chapters worldwide, namely in Ireland, Canada, United States, Australia and New Zealand.
The information acquired will serve strictly academic purposes and no material benefit shall be derived from this research. A summary of my research project to those participants who wish to receive it. Although an e-mail address would be required to do so, it by no means will be linked to the participants' answers and they will not be identified from the questionnaire as anonymity is guaranteed.
