Does using HR enhance project team selection survey

13 August 2011

Rawan Al-Sourchi is currently doing a masters degree in Project and Enterprise Management at University College London.  For Rawan's dissertation a survey is required about how the allocation of employees to project teams in construction is enhanced using human resource management.  The interest in this research developed after attending a management skills workshop where Rawan learnt about how the success of a team can depend on the behaviour of individuals. Rawan took part in team exercises based on data collected from completing different personality tests involving the Belbin Team Inventory and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.  The results proved that the use of these personality tests in recruitment could be practical.

This survey is the single resource of primary data that Rawan's study is based on.  The respondents have been chosen using contact information found online through different company’s websites.

To help in gathering the primary data for the dissertation, it would be greatly appreciated if you could give three minutes of your time to fill in the survey.  The answers provided will not be shared with any third party and will be completely confidential.

Please click the link displayed below if you would like to complete the questionnaire.
